Usually when bands get popular their music isn't as good, but Twenty One Pilots seems to be making even better music with their massive leap in popularity.

The reason it’s a good driving song is because people without an aux port or bluetooth, or didn’t sync them up before driving, are stuck listening to it on the Q100 and Power 96.1-style top hit radio stations.

I assumed it was a radio song, but I haven’t listened to the radio in months. I almost exclusively use aux and spotify

My musician friends love to hate on them, but they just love to hate top 40 music. I think their songs are not only catchy, but lyrically fairly clever compared to the rest of the genre.

Yeah, and they tackle a variety of genres too. Heavydirtysoul is more of an EDM-type song while Stressed out is more rap-like. Ride is more reggae inspired.
